MY story

Heather is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a major in Health Communications. Heather was a 2004 participant in the MYLead program, and has been back nearly every year since 2004 to assist as a TA.

Leadership

Through MYLead she has learned many ways to be a leader. Every year she goes back and learns something new.

Employment

Heather is currently a full-time employee at Farmers Insurance Group as a Service Advocate. She also works at Meijer Pharmacy in Standale, MI on the weekends. 

Academics

Heather is a 2010 graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Communication. Go Lakers!

Daily routine

In addition to volunteering with the stupendous MYLead organization, Heather enjoys gardening, baking, reading, sewing, photography/scrapbooking, and running. She is very interested in leadership development and training adults how to become better leaders and do better in management positions.
